  • What amenities are included at our apartments?

    Here is a list of the amenities included in our apartments:


    Fully Equipped Kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and dishes.


    Connectivity & Entertainment: Free high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.


    Climate Control: Air conditioning and central heating.


    Bathroom Essentials: High-quality towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.


    Bedroom: Full set of bed linens and wardrobes with storage space and hangers.

  • How far are the properties from the nearest beach?

    Being located in Cumbre del Sol means you are just a short drive away from some of the most stunning coves on the Costa Blanca:


    Cala del Moraig: This is the closest and main beach, located about a 5 to 7-minute drive away (approx. 2 km downhill). It is famous for its turquoise waters and the sea cave Cueva de los Arcos.


    Cala Llebeig: A hidden gem accessible only by foot via the "Cliffs Route" (Ruta de los Acantilados) starting within the resort. It is a scenic 45-minute hike, perfect for nature lovers.


    Moraira & Jávea Beaches: For larger sandy beaches like El Portet (Moraira) or Arenal (Jávea), it is a pleasant 15 to 20-minute drive.


    Pro Tip: Because Cumbre del Sol is situated on a cliffside, we highly recommend using a car to get to Cala del Moraig, as the road is quite steep for walking back up!


  • Is parking available at the properties?

    Yes, absolutely! One of the best things about our apartments is the parking situation. There is always plenty of space to park right next to the apartments, free of charge and very convenient. You won't have to worry about searching for a spot or walking long distances, making it very easy to come and go as you please while exploring the local area and nearby beaches

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in: Official check-in time is from 4:00 PM. However, we usually have the apartment ready and the cleaning finished earlier than that, so we will always let you know if you can settle in sooner.


    Check-out: We kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM.


  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    As a general rule, we do not allow pets in our apartments. However, we always try to be as helpful as possible with our guests' requests.


    Please contact us to check, specifying the type of pet and your travel dates (season). Depending on these details, we will review your request to see if we can make an exception for your stay.
